Waiver and Assumption of Risk

We want to ensure all visitors have an incredible experience while acknowledging that interacting with live animals involves inherent risks, and by entering the lounge you voluntarily accept those risks and agree to release Purrs in Paradise from liability for injuries, allergies, or other incidents that may occur during your visit.

By entering the cat lounge, you acknowledge the following:

Animal Interaction Risks

Cats are living animals with unpredictable behavior. Risks include:

  • Scratches or bites

  • Allergic reactions

  • Tripping or minor injuries

Assumption of Risk

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with being in an environment with animals.

Release of Liability

You release and hold harmless Purrs in Paradise, its owners, staff, volunteers, and partners from claims related to injury, illness, allergic reactions, or property damage arising from your visit, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Responsibility for Children

Adults are responsible for minors in their care.

Health Conditions

You confirm you do not have medical conditions that would make participation unsafe, or you accept the risks if you choose to participate.

Agreement

Entry into the lounge or participation in activities constitutes acceptance of this waiver.
