  • We're at 2981 Bristol St, Suite B3, Costa Mesa, CA, in The CAMP, a wonderful community space. You can't miss us!

    • Children 9 and under need a dedicated adult by their side (one grown-up per child).

    • Ages 10-14 need at least one supervising adult per group.

    • Babies and toddlers held throughout the visit are always welcome free of charge.

  • You can book online through our website or call us directly. Sessions are time-limited to ensure every guest gets quality cat time. We recommend booking in advance, especially on weekends!

  • Yes! However, the parking is very limited at The Camp and it fills up during peak times.

    We highly advise arriving to The Camp at least 15 minutes early to try and find parking. Alternatively, there is extra parking at:

    The Waters Business Complex at 2900 Bristol St, Costa Mesa, CA 92626.

    They are a quick walk down the street and there is plenty of parking there.

  • Absolutely! Walk-ins are welcome as long as we have space available. Our max capacity is 10 guests in the lounge at a time, so availability does vary. Call ahead if you want to check current availability.

  • Pricing varies depending on session length and add-ons. Check our website or call us for current rates. Ice cream purchases are separate from lounge access.

  • Sessions are typically 25 or 55 minutes, giving you plenty of time to relax with the cats. You'll see the session length when you book.

  • Of course! We understand life happens. You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your reservation with no penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.

  • Absolutely! Groups are welcome as long as we can accommodate them. Just note our max lounge capacity is 10 guests at a time. If your group is larger, you may need to split into multiple sessions. Contact us to arrange group bookings!

  • Yes! We can arrange private cat lounge events for birthdays, team-building, or special occasions. Contact us to discuss availability and pricing.

  • Removing shoes keeps our lounge clean and comfy for both the cats and our guests. Plus, it adds to the cozy, relaxed vibe. Plus, the cats are less likely to be startled by shoes, and it helps them feel more comfortable around you.

  • We appreciate the thought, but no outside pets in the lounge. We want to keep our rescue cats safe and stress-free. Plus, introductions could be unpredictable! Your focus should be on the amazing cats we have.

  • We typically have around 15 adoptable rescue cats in the lounge at any given time. The exact number varies as cats get adopted, which is amazing!

  • YES! That's the whole point! All our cats are available for adoption through our partner, Friends of Normie rescue. Our staff can tell you about each cat and help facilitate adoptions. Imagine taking home a new feline friend!

  • Our cats come through Friends of Normie, an amazing local rescue dedicated to finding homes for cats in need. When you adopt from our lounge, you're supporting their mission!

  • Absolutely. All our cats are screened, vaccinated, and cleared for the lounge environment by our rescue partner. Your safety and the cats' wellbeing are our top priorities.

  • Yes, our cats are regularly assessed and vaccinated through Friends of Normie rescue. We maintain a clean, safe environment for both cats and guests.
