Reservations

Lounge visits may require advance reservations. Guests must arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without refund.

Age and Supervision

Children under 12 must be supervised at all times. Minimum age requirements may apply.

Guest Conduct

Guests must treat animals, staff, and other guests with respect. We may refuse service or remove guests who:
